The SFBX small stainless steel self-priming pump mainly consists of two major parts: the motor and the pump body. There are two connection methods between the pump and the motor: direct connection and bearing bracket type. The shaft seal adopts a cantilever-type mechanical seal. All flow-passing components and connecting frames are made of stainless steel. It is a type of self-priming pump with corrosion resistance. Its impeller can adopt an open or closed structure, featuring reliable corrosion resistance, convenient operation and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption, good sealing performance and a series of other advantages. It is widely applicable in industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, sewage treatment, chemical industry, electroplating, dyeing and finishing, fine chemicals, etc. It can transport liquids that are corrosive or have hygiene requirements, with or without fine soft particles or fibrous substances, and the temperature of the transported liquid shall not exceed 90°C (for direct connection type) or 105°C (for bearing bracket type).

1) The temperature of the flow-passing liquid for the direct connection type pump shall not exceed 100°C, and the temperature of the flow-passing liquid for the bearing bracket type pump shall not exceed 160°C.
2) Since there is no material that can adapt to any medium, concentration and temperature so far, the corrosivity of the medium transported by the user and the operating conditions shall not exceed the applicable range of the pump's materials.
3) The technical data provided for this product are measured with normal-temperature clean water as the medium. If the transported medium is not normal-temperature clean water, the pump performance will change, so the user should make appropriate adjustments according to actual usage needs.
